By engaging Mechacypher (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for software development services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms.
All projects begin with a scoping call. The agreed scope is documented before any payment is taken. Changes to scope after work has begun will be discussed transparently, with clear pricing agreed before proceeding.
Projects are billed at a fixed price agreed at scoping. A deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due on delivery. If we miss the 15-day delivery deadline through our own fault, final payment is deferred until delivery.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns 100% of the codebase, design assets, and all deliverables produced for the project. Mechacypher retains no rights to the work.
